i'd bet temperature are a tad bit different maybe, but CAN YOU GROW ALL MUSHROOMS even not psychedelic USING THE SAME PROCEDURE?

No. Different spores require different growth parameters. I recommend you pick up the book "The Mushroom Cultivator" by Paul Stamets. It will address your questions and give you the growth parameters of all different kinds of mushroom species.

No.
Different Fruiting temps, Different Substrates, Different pH's Different Altitudes Whether casings should be pasteurized or not Growing times etc
That question is almost like asking if you could keep every plant the same way. I agree with reading TMC, it helps a lot. But you can find the basics right here on the shroomery.
