Pins taking too long to grow?

Ok, i have one cake im fruiting at the moment. Took weeks to colonize and me being impatient i dunked and rolled it and put in fc. After a week and 4 days they started pinning. What im trying to find out is how long does it normally take from the time you see pins to full maturity? I had a problem with my fc i started using because it was very small and could never get the humidity up to 95-100% so i moved my cake to a 58gal. tub which made the humidity skyrocket to 100%. The cake started pinning on monday and from what i have seen only takes 2 to 4 days to grow. I also fanning alot throughout the day and misting every 2 to 3 hours or so.

7-10 days from pins to harvest.

If they keep growing, no matter how slow, then you are golden.

Ok thanks a ton. I think i have around 15 or so pins on my cake and since i just moved to 100% humidity this morning i should see a marked difference in growth. One more question, since i didnt wait the extra week before i dunked and rolled you think i should maybe keep my cake a little more moist than usual? Seems like the extra week would dry the cake up.

No moister than usual. Time isn't water.

Can't answer this question definitively, I would guess just keep them in 95-99% RH... but a cool trick is to just wait until pins start to form in the jar. I just did cakes for the first time (only done casings in the past... bass ackwards, I know). I waited a week after what I thought was 100% colonization for 7 jars and dunk/rolled/fruited them. The other five I had weren't 100% colonized on the outside, so I let them sit. Well, the ones that I fruited and misted and fanned every day just started pinning - at the exact same time little pins started appearing in the other jars (they have been sitting in mild, indirect light). It would have been a lot less work if I just let them sit. I think I was just anxious to get them going.
Not telling you that you did anything wrong. Just a shortcut I found out myself 2 days ago. Hopefully the end result turns out the same/better.
Also, a few of the cakes I initially fruited started blueing a little bit. Probably because I had less than perfect conditions and they got a little dry. Again, I think I could have avoided this if I had just let them sit. I'm sure you've heard this before, but what they need the most is patience.
