MY FIRST MUSHIES EVER!!!! PICS!!!
    #13027563 - 08/09/10 04:08 PM (14 years, 5 months ago)

I'm so excited. so I thought this project was a waste. after 2 months in jars. they came out. they looked real bad they had alot of aerial growth and it made them look funky but i guess they were just dying for air since they been cooped up for 2 months. Well after that i was told take air pump out and dril more holes. I did that and guess what. My cakes all turned hardcore blue. so i freaked i used 2 giant ice packs to cool down the SGFC and then i was thinking ah shit its a lost cause. so i didn't even bother anymore. this was 2 weeks into the FC. so i put back in my air pump in some water and left in it my closet didn't spray or anything. I had GIVEN UP!! I was abut to chuck them yesterday when I opened them and to my suprise here they were!!!!  So now my question is that some of them are growing into the perlite. Is that ok? also how many should i really be expecting I mean I want a level 5 and i only got a total of 10 small ones and my estimate is that half of them will be aborts. although one is about 3 inches long now  :dancer:  and RR and Doc t thanks for you help. also The air pump is excellent especially if its in a cup of water.

Pray for aborts, they are power packed little fuckers. I like small and powerful over big and average.

Lol aborts are more potent?  I throw handfuls of pins away regularly.....it's not worth tediously sitting there for hours cleaning off each individual abort - to me at least.  But, I must agree that I enjoy small and powerful over large, ugly and average.

I picked about an eighth of penis envy 6 off a cake yesterday, pulled them all at like 2/3 maturity for maximum potency, hehehe... I pull almost all of my fruits early, except the ones I'm gonna use for spore printing.

Congratulations on your first fruits letsfightfelipe! -- my first PF-cake fruits were about 8 months ago and now I'm stepping up to bulk, may the same happen for you!

Although, for the PF Tek --

I see absolutely no point in using anything other then a basic shotgun terrarium, with a daylight spectrum (65000K) CFL on 12/12 on a timer (I use 18/6 and it works just fine).

Follow that "PF tek done right tek" and I really couldn't see you failing.

Good luck
