Hi,
i am planning to build a martha in my room, and i wanted to know if the use of a martha in a bedroom could bring some health problem, like in case of contamination, as the martha will be always a little open.
we are 3 in the rooms, me, my wife and my child (2 years old)
so do you think there is any contre-indication ?
thanks..

i seriously doubt growing edibles will be detrimental to your health. or the health of your child.
the only thing you should be worried about is contaminant spores. some of those can really eff you up.

From what I read, oyster spores could cause some allergies (at least to that specific type). I would try to isolate the place your family sleeps (8 hours) away from anything. RR mentioned that he now is allergic to oyster spores.

Grow your oysters outside. That way spores arent a problem. Colonise inside and fruit outside. I have a 110L SG, and 2 80L MSG's in my bed room. I have loads of grain colonizing in my room as well. I leave a window open for the fresh air. No one wants CO2 build up while they're sleeping.
