When I quit cigs I started running/lifting weights and getting in shape. Honestly the endorphin rush and the constant overall feeling of being healthy is a hell of a lot better then a 30 second nicotine buzz you pay out your ass for.

I'll smoke one on a rare occasion but I found breaking the habit to be incredibly easy- because it's such a disgusting and appalling habit. I had no cravings, but I was also very serious about quitting and tend to have more willpower then most people.
