i inoculated both of these jars on the 27th of July with the same syringe. 3 cc's a piece, Multi spore. the one on the right is waaaay ahead of the one on the left. i shook the syringe good before both innocualtion's. could the one on the right be a contam or does it look healthy?

Jar on the right looks good to me. I knocked some up on the 17th and still waiting for full colonization. They are maybe 60% done (some are a lot less done).
So I'd say youre good. I do see some growth in the jar on the left.

Not sure. You're other should have more growth, but give it another week and see what happens. If there's no mold, then no problem.

when i inoculate with a MS syringe i get about 10% of jars that show no growth at all whatsoever. These jars are still sterile when the other ones are being birthed. Usually, if i feel good about it, i shoot them up with some Mycelium water made from a fully colonized cake / jar, and in no time they are catching up maybe a week later. I don't really mind, at any given time i have 8 - 10 fully colonized jars ready to go into the dunk & roll, i start new jars once to twice a week. At any time i have around 50 - 80 jars sitting on a shelf doing their thing.
(labling them is a must when working with more than one variety )
To answer your question, the jar on the right looks healthy to me.

Mind you I'm a noob... the one on the right looks just fine. I just started WBS, and all my jars of the same strain have been colonizing at the same rate (Allen in 10 days, PB in 2 weeks etc). What kind of lids are you using? Is does the jar on the right get better gas exchange? Is there a different moisture content between the jars (water leaking in or evaporating during PCing)?
I have noticed that when innoculating jars with multi-spore, even though I shake the syringe, the 1st jar or 2 visibly get more spores... still the jars colonize at roughly the same rate. Think of any other conditions that may be different between the jars.
Who knows, maybe the experienced mycologists here will say that this isn't such a rare occurance.

Use your right jar as a master...at least make some GLC out of it. Maybe hit the left jar with the GLC (after you have knocked up a few other spawn jars) just to see what's up. Doesn't really matter...get one good LC out of a jar and you're golden.
