To use polyfill, cut about a 1/4 inch hole in you lid. Twist together a sizeable chunk of polyfill and pull it from the inside of the top. Pull it out just a bit to help set it. If you can see around the edges you need more polyfill.

Don't forget the foil. I had an overpressure plug act kind of funny (like a bullet) after polyfill clogged my vent. Damn you, beer  :mad:!
