out of curiosity... what exactly is "wrong" with your site that is against their policy? seems like maybe the spores cross a line but I don't see how the equipment could. that really bites, you run a completely legit and honest business. my condolences.

Grade A. Good job staying on your feet, sorry about the bullshit - I hope they didn't scam you for any equipment.
Anyhow, hope it's not too much of a hitch in your business - you did me well, when i made my order.

My condolences, it's a shame that our vendors have so much legal trouble when they should have none.
But, I too have a little trouble following your logic. Without naming names, why would somebody who wanted to put you out of business make a large order? They still lose their money, and you still get it eventually. I don't see how giving you lotsa money would be justified by someone who didn't like you. Unless of course it were someone who could sell the merchandise themselves, in effect causing you trouble with no cost to themselves.
Actually, you don't have to get into all that if you don't want, it may be more drama than the community at large needs. I feel for your inconvenience, and whoever turned you in knows that they didn't hurt you too badly. Score MM, 1 loser PP informant, 0.

I just looked at my profile and realized I had a website at one point in time on geocities, it's not there anymore and I have no idea what I had on it. Anybody remember my website from several years aga? PM if so please.

Well they closed our account as well! A little strange after all these years of using them with no problems in one week both of our accounts get closed. I find that a little suspicious and it makes me wonder if another vendor is doing this. What day did this happen to you MM? It happened to us on Jan 29th.
Here is the reason I got from PayPal.
As you know, the PayPal User Agreement (Section V.3) states that PayPal, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to close an account at any time for any reason. We write to inform you that, after a review of your site, and in accordance with this section of the User Agreement, your account has been closed. Your funds will be held for 180 days from the date of the last transaction on the account. After 180 days have expired, we will refund your funds by mailing a check to the address linked to your account.
What a crock of shit. No warning, they just shut it down and hold our funds for 6 months.
I will be working with paypal to get the orders refunded that they have held. I guess its time to set up a merchant account elsewhere.

You know that they will be using your money and everyone elses money that is being held to earn iinterest for that 6 months...When you are talking thousands of dollars just sitting in a cd or money market account they are making some $$$$..Sounds like a dirty scam to add to revenue..Seems like this would be illegal...Im sure they arent just putting that money in a safe and letting it sit....

Oh yeah....I didnt think about it but it would be similar to leaving a deposit, you can aquire interest from the money they hold from you....check the laws in california...it should apply in most states....
