So I'm ordered to give a supporting deposition to the court for a speeding ticket from a month ago when i went to buffalo 82 in 65mph zone and for driving without a license because it was expired so its written down as 'unlicensed driver' which is bs, i have a new license now. i have 30 days to respond and there's no way im driving up there to court.
any ideas/advice would be helpful. thnks

You don't write it - you'll be interviewed by an attorney and they may have type it and have you sign it but that's not really necessary.
Edit: er yeah, need more coffee. You'll likely end up having to appear before the court at some point anyway if you don't hire an attorney to appear for you. And the attorney's advice on this is going to be to plead no contest - an expired license isn't valid regardless of whether you have a valid license now.

Since you have a license now the judge is likely to drop it or reduce it considerably. If you don't want to drive there you'll want to hire a local lawyer.
