pes in the fc sound right?

So i had a 100percent colonized pes halfpint that i dunked for about 20 hours on friday. i rollded it in dry verm and put it in a fc i made on saturday. i do 2-3 mists per day, and i fan occasionally. i did sprinkle verm on the top and put some damp verm in a jar lid before i put it in there. my question is, why at the bottom by the verm in the lid would the mycelium be fuzzy? also it looks like its got big rough bumps everywhere and it pretty much anihilated the dry verm. everything sound good? its kept at about 70-78 degrees. i would have pics but my camera is being a pos and getting all blurry. so heres some blurry if it helps. also would little things pokin out possibly be pins starting?

Is that a shotgun setup? If so, you need more holes.
As for the fuzziness of the mycelium, it could just be loose myc. growth beyond the cake itself.

yes its kinda a shot gun, i didnt wanna put toomany holes because my house is dry, and the humidity might drop alot. bit i have 5 holes on each side and like 10 on the lid. i can always add more. im just hopin for some pins soon. like i said its got huge rough knot looking things forming now.

You need to tape up those large holes and make many smaller holes as per the tek. That is not a SGFC and wont work properly. A sgfc will still work even in low ambient RH.

I'm not good at spotting mold, so, if this is not mold,
You need to fan way more than occasionally. I actually have mine setup where a fan is on at least 4 hours spread through out the day. I have to spray a little more but FAE is vital.
That build up (if its not mold) is your cakes reaction to high CO2 presence, meaning your not fanning enough. Another way is to turn a ceiling fan on and have your FC sit under it. I do that as well because it can also get some natural sunlight and FAE. Best of luck, hope you didn't get Triched.

im gonna go with the co2, i dont think its mold, its very extremely white. i had only 3-5 holes per side in mt fc, but now there is a hole 1/4 inch every 2 inches on all sides

It's co2 build up that causes the mycelium to grow like that. If u added enough holes . It will allow more fae it should pin soon. I had the same problem . The holes will resolve ur problem. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/12416463

It seems fine to me. You will have shrooms soon enough. I had no clue that aerial myc was a sign of low fae. I havent done cakes in time tho. Since I first started growing. My game has gotten better since then.

I'm telling you, make a shit ton of holes, and fan the mother fuck out of that thing. Get a floor fan and have it run 2 inches from your FC at least 4 hours a day. Mine goes for almost 9, and its pinning like mad.

If you have enough holes, you need a fan. Air flow doesn't really magically happen indoors. Your trying to fly a plane with no engine. Get a fan, and slap that puppy next to your FC and your good to go. Are you stealth growing? Because I can show you how to do that and get plenty of FAE.

Don't put a fan right next to the fruiting chamber, this will create excessive airflow and reduce humidity. A fan in the room, but not directly next to the FC, should create enough air currents.

To induce pinning,FAE is found more important than humidity. Once the pins get established, yes the fan should be moved back.

and don't aim the fan at it either or you're sending too much air.
