Advice for a Noob

Hello everyone, Cydknee here, long time lurker/first time poster.I have a couple of questions I'd like to put to the collective, but first I want to say that, the amount of information I have soaked up on this forum is incredible, any success I have enjoyed so far is directly creditable to you guys, and the info I've found here @ The Shroomery. I started out with 2 spore syringes (Golden Teacher, and Alacabenzi), I made LC from both, using the 4% honey solution method (haven't tried karo yet) I have five pints LC (3 GT, and 2 ACB) in the fridge waiting for a 40 lbs wbs,+ 16 lbs popcorn mix. Soon, any how I digress, I inoculated a bunch of quart, and pint jars of popcorn with the GT, (btw popcorn rocks IMO).
I have to say that I am super impressed with the golden teacher in all respects: LC manufaturing, colonazation speed and general hardiness of the strain.(I cant wait to isolate the Aryan Master Shroom from the first tub, lol). I used a 30 gal aquarium for a glove box, and had 0% contams in the jars, which were completey taken over @ 22 days, with fairly rhizomrphic growth. ( I appologize for the low quality of the pics(crappy biglots digicam) you use what you got).
I used a coir + verm + coffe grounds + BRF mixuture for substrate, and five quarts of spawn in a 48 qt tub. I mixed the sub,and the spawn in the tub leaving a little coir mix for the top covering. I put tape over the holes and denied light, the Myc ate through to the top in 2 days, and the tub was @ 90% in like 5-6 days. I then removed the tape from the holes and lightly stuffed them with polyfil, added a air line for FAE, and increased the humidity to 95% and introduced light, with the temps varing from 81-82 in the daytime, to 72-73 @ night (out of my control @ this point). So thats it so far, and now my questions after five day of fruiting are:The myc is still very active and growing, with a lot of 3d structures: myc thrusting up with a lttle fuzzy ball of myc @ the top ( hope this is visible in the pics). But nothing that resembles knots or primordia.
1.)if nothing appears after 10 days or so, should I put a thin verm casing layer over it?
2.) What else can I do to start the pinning process?
Any other advice would be appreciated.
Thankx for your opinions, and insights.

OK everyone, I have a progress update, after the last post, I waited 4 days with nothing noticeably happening, so I cased the tub with about 3/4' casing layer of 70/30 verm/coir. I added a second airline to the tub, and began leaving the top off for 1/2 hr at a time a couple of times a day. I also increased the misting schedule ( want to add humidifiers to the other tubs, seems like it would be so much better) to compensate for moisture loss. Three days later I had a dozen pins clustered In one corner of the tub.

All grew to be monsters (avg. weight was 75g. wet, with the largest checking in @ 95.2 g.) the four largest in the pic weighed in at 300.9g. wet, and dried down to 62.5g.(haven't tried them yet, waiting for a day off, hope there the bomb!).

Then nothing new for a few days, (I'm keeping the rh @ 95 %), and last night the SHROOM FAIRY came and left upwards of 60 pins in my tub! A lot of the the smaller pins in clusters you can't see in the pics (crappy Big lots cam again, and yes I know the time stamp is off, it resets every time I change the batteries, POS).

I also have a second mono tub, and 4 trays (going to try 2 shotguns) of GT which will be ready to fruit in a couple of days.
I just did a G2G transfer on 42 Qt. jars of a wbs/popcorn mix for round 2, which are doing well.

(THERE I FIXED THE TIME STAMP YOU HAPPY NOW!).
I would like to say that after all the work, and tons of cash for equipment, endless waiting, pondering, and researching, I am finally seeing the Fruits of my labor (lol). None of this would be possible without the knowledge and insight, I've gained hanging out here, and learning the last couple of months. Thanks to the shroomery, and every one whose posts and replies I read. I love this hobby!
