The Internet Dosn't Exist

I've been studying computer networking for a little while now, and I've found out what the Internet really is. The Internet is actually the space between all computers with the ability to connect. The Internet really dosn't exist. It only exists as an entity in our minds. What do you think?

IMO, existence is just being, but not necessarily always physical. Like a network, or the synapses of the brain which from the mind, its shown that existence is being. Something being a fact like a network could be existence, so could it be existence as a concept. Heres a link to the great debate: Existence

BTW, whats the difference between the internet and a network? Is the internet just networks interconnected or is it just a difference in size?

I think that everything exists only as an entity in our minds. I've never been to Hawaii, but I know it exists. I've never seen a giant squid, but I know they exist, too.

Even the computer that I'm sitting in front of, though I can directly perceive it with my senses as being a tangible object of reality, only exists because my mind believes it exists.

Mr_Mushrooms is correct, though, in that we must first define what 'existence' really is. Trying to define words, however, is where I feel philosophy veers down the path of futility.

If it weren't for that damn "Be Nice" Policy, I would like to say some pretty mean things about the fact that you posted a thread titled "The Internet Doesn't Exist" on an Internet message board. But again, I guess it comes down to what your definition of existence is.

Can you prove there is an original post? I believe that one existed momentarily, but as soon as I read it it created a paradox and ceased to exist.
