What is a typical recreational dose?
I've never used opiates before and I just want to try it once (I know I know that's what they all say)
it says to take one tablet 7.5mg on the label.
oh and what should I expect?
I'm not going to wake anybody up in a fit of laughter am I?

if you have a good bunch try for 1 now, then 2-3 next time, then upward or onward til you find what feels good.

if your going to take more than 2 or three look up the pill imprints on webmd and check the amount of tylenol/apap that are in the vikes, dont take more than 4000 mg of tylenol.
(edit: fixed typo, im actually high on 3 vikes and a soma right now)

I popped my vicodin script like candy a couple weeks ago after I got my wisdom teeth yanked. I did like 25mg at once one time. I don't regret it, the pain was mild at worst and I really didn't need the vicodin for its therapeutic purpose.
I never really got high high off it until that 25mg dose. Lower doses make you feel relaxed but you won't really feel it that much. It's easy to forget that you're on anything. But that 25mg dose had me nodding pretty hard. Very relaxed, very euphoric, very pleasing feeling in the body, very nice slipping in and out of consciousness. When my brother's friend came in to say hello I blissfully shouted obscenities at him and joyously told him to get the fuck out of my room. I've never been big on opiates but it's easy to see how someone could get carried away with this kind of stuff.
If you want to get the most bang for your buck, drink grapefruit juice. I didn't notice much of a difference, but it's possible I did it wrong because I hear it potentiates opiates strongly. Oh, and pop some benadryl too. I will tell you THAT works.

I say stick with what you've taken, it took over an hour for it to kick in fully for me and I did the same as you, spacing out my pills a bit.
That said, I AM 140 pounds and lighter than you, and you've taken slightly less than I did. I DON'T want to be telling strangers on the Internet to be taking ever-increasing doses of narcotics, but hey... another half a pill never hurt anyone... I don't think...

As long as I don't overdose the worse that can happen is I fall asleep.

well, i really shouldn't be talking i mean... i never done more then codeine and small amounts.
but i am just thinking that if you're expecting something you might not just settle into the buzz that is there... it might not be so appearent.
vicoden is mildly stronger then codeine... so i am surprised as well. i felt greatly high when i did that so...

to make iching go away take anti-histamine. don't bother... you are either immune (for wahtevder reason) or you just aren't getting the buzz you wanted and can't enjoy it.
it's not really very strong, vicoden... it might have not so much of great big effect.

I didn't feel ectasy eaither when I did it.
I took 2 e pills when I did it.
Would being on zoloft adderal strattera ritalin concerta and various other adhd pills since second grade have anything to do with it?

First time i tried opiates i never fely it either
I would suggest not taking anymore tonight and do it another day and just do a larger dose and do everything you can to potentiate it.
You really don't have to worry a whole lot about ODing on hydrocodone. you will OD on the APAP before the actual narcotic.
Were the pills expired?

CWE isnt gonna give a better high. it just extracts the hydro from the APAP. If anything the high wouldnt be as strong from losing hydro in the extraction.

You're too expectant. The whole point of taking opiates is to sit back, relax, and nod off into the distance. 5 7.5 mg vicodins for your first time is way too much for most people. That's 37.5 mg of hydrocodone, which is a pretty high dose.
Taking all those different prescription meds also probably has something to do with it....

Actually aspirin is an anti-inflammatory pain reliever. Tylenol is just a pain reliever and a lot more harmful than aspirin, they are definitely different drugs. But w\e dude no big deal I guess. Just dont want people to get confused by misinformation.

ok, to clarify, the acetaminophen is the harmful chemical in tylenol, apirin, codeine, vics. And it is actually made from coal and destroys liver cells in LARGE amounts. Which is why u would CWE with like 4-6 pills or however much you wanna dose. And oxy has no acetaminophen in it, which is one reason why its so regulated.

I've only had codeine and oxycodone. I always needed 5-6 7.5mg oxycodones to catch a buzz and I had no torelance. Some people may be more tolerant than others.

Take benadryl next time. Opiates cause a massive histamine release, akin to what happens with an allergic reaction. It also potentiates opiates as well.
If I don't have any benadryl when I have Percocets, I end up laying in bed scratching myself till I bleed before I can finally get some sleep.

I don't think I'm ever going to try opiates again I'm not a fan.
But i don't even think it worked because like I said all I felt was itchy. I seriously don't understand how anybody could think of that as a recreational drug. There was no euphoria or thought alteration. And I took 5 pills so I'm pretty sure I took enough.

Check the bottle to see how old they were. It's entirely possible that the pills were stored improperly over a long period of time and lost potency.
If not, then you just have a naturally high tolerance to opiates. Personally 37.5mg of hydrocodone would have me flying high and nodding out. I've got a friend that could take the same amount and barely feel anything.
But trust me, for whatever reason, you didn't get the full experience. Don't judge them because they didn't work for you. There's a reason why people become addicted to them, because opiates are fucking awesome.

Just for some of mis-information here. APAP, Aspirin, and Ibuprofen are three different chems. All are NSAID's (even if APAP is a very weak anti- inflammatory) and they can all cause liver and kidney damage.
And its APAP (tylenol) thats in vicodin.
