In terms of potency - tassies, PES Amazonians and Argentineans were the best.
GTs were a pain for get strong flushes from, but were also good potency.
Most of the other strains around are not worth the effort.
PRs were good too...
they were definately tassies, he got them from shamanshop before they stopped selling syringes
is it possible he is doing something wrong, picking them to early? He dried they using drierite? Its his first attempt to grow mushrooms, so I wasn't expecting much, but there wasn't anything at all.

about 7.5cm long most in that area
very small caps for the most part. He picked them when it appeared the veil was breaking

I hate to tell ya if you ate 10 of those and didnt feel a thing they where not cubensis cause even the absolute weakest strain would get you tripping. The only thing I can say about that is somone sold him a non cubensis spore syringe cause thier is no way that wouldnt get ya tripping. I have a really high tolence and if I ate 10 7.5 cm long cubesis I would be trippin. I will only eat a dry 1/4 if I want to trip and that is a high tolerance. I assume you two dont have a tolerance like that but I dont know.

is it possible that his spores, the way they were grown just produced insanely weak mushrooms?

From what I understand it also depends on the substrate.
I have grown on rice and I have grown on birdseed. The fruits off of the birdseed were bigger and seemed more visual.

I totally disagree with what you say about thai lipa!
The ones I grew on birdseed were very, very potent and the visuals were tremendous!
Creepers about the same. They do not seem to be quite as visual.
