Tracking downloads from your site??

How can I track the number of times a file is downloaded from my website. I use frontpage but cant seem to find anything that will do it. Any help would be great. Thanks!

You could make the link to the file an html page with a counter on it that automatically redirects to the file, or you could use PHP to store the count somewhere; I doubt there is an easy solution using frontpage unless it has some build in javascripts or something because html isnt really designed to provide feedback like that.
