Epsom Salt

how exactly should i use epsom salt as a desiccant?
how long should i bake in the oven on what temp?
how should i make an epsom salt desiccant chamber easily?
should i use ziploc bags or a tuperwear bowl?
thanks alot
PS is epsom salt not a good choice to use?

300F+ for a couple hours+ - Time depends on how much you have, and how thick. I can't magically calculate. When it all looks the same it's done.

Tupperware or ziploc would melt in the oven. Line a pan with foil or use some glassware.

For a chamber, either line the bottom of a container with the dried salts and place a screen over, or, what i like to do is put a bunch into a coffee filter and tape the top of the filter up so that it's like a little desiccant baggie. Then I can just pop that along side my shrooms in w/e container I use.

It IS a desiccant. I bought a bunch of dririte for uses like this. The more surface area it has the faster it'll work, so mash it all up into chunks.

Anhydrous Magnesium Sulfate would be the chemical term for dried epsom salts.
