NY Strip seaasoned with garlic onion powder a dash of cyan pepper God knows Im to drunk to spell it right.
OR believe it or not Kangaroo filet burgers.
Those things need so little seasoning to be utterly delicious.
If I'm in the mood a good Kosher hot dog with stadium mustard and various toppings will do great also.

Filet mignon. Don't mean to sound like a snob, but fat/bones/connective tissue; all that shit is disgusting and I can do without it. I'd rather just have something besides steak if it's gonna be like that.
