Well I am rather into psychedelic music, for obvious reasons. I listen to a lot of the basics, such as great society, jefferson airplane, yardbirds, beatles, and such. But Ive heard amazing songs on the radio and stuff that I have no idea what bands they are. Like Im after the really psychedelic stuff, so can anyone recomend any good bands?

Don't limit yourself to the 60's, there is plenty of good modern trip music. If you can find some recordings of the Dead playing at an acid test you'll love it. They had all the voices and sound rigged to a couple seconds lag, pretty trippy stuff.

I suggest Pink Floyd - Piper at the Gates of Dawn or Ummagumma, very psychedelic
