Northern Ontario Hunt 1

Just got home from Northern Ontario yesterday. Had a blast with the girlfriend and got a bit of mushroom hunting in as well. I must say she has an eye for hunting and as much as it pains me to say she spotted the majority of the specimens listed below. I am working on infecting her with the mycology bug, seems to be working
Listed below are the specimens we found. I made a few guesses from my field guide and would like some input into what I stumbled upon. Id like to add that I am no expert and just delving into hunting mushrooms, any pointers or corrections would be greatly appreciated:
Thanks Alan for the help:
1) I am going to guess Lactarius rubilacteus due to the douglas fir needles stuck to the base of the stem and the reddish context. Lactarius deliciosus is more probable if they were near long needle pines and have an orange context. Both species are ok to eat. 2) Russula, near R. brevipes or maybe that species. Verify the lack of latex and check the taste. 3) http://www.mushroomexpert.com/lactarius_volemus.html 4) Russula cf. emetica 5) http://www.mykoweb.com/CAF/species/Coltricia_perennis.html 6) Helvella lacunosa 7) Monotropa uniflora 8) Need more pictures (underside, cross section, macro shots, etc)
#1 Lactarius deliciosus OR Lactarius rubilacteus http://www.mykoweb.com/CAF/species/Lactarius_rubrilacteus.html http://www.mykoweb.com/CAF/species/Lactarius_deliciosus.html

Habitat: Growing on well decayed ground, leaves, pine needles, wood, twigs Gills:Bone white, attached Stem: Thick, Bone white, solid attached to ground Cap: 5-12cm, umbilicate, seems to have a depression in the middle, but only found two specimens could have been bugs, White, very subtle tan Spore print color: Did not take Bruising: No Bruising
#3 Lactarius volemus http://www.mushroomexpert.com/lactarius_volemus.html
Habitat: Growing in decay in the ground(Leaves, conifer needles, sticks, wood) Gills: De current, cream, tan Stem: Hollow, fragile, light tan to cinnamon Cap: 2.5cm, Flat, dimple in the middle, firm, cinnamon color, darker then stem Spore print color: Took print but did not drop spores after 24 hours Bruising: No Bruising

#7 Monotropa_uniflora http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monotropa_uniflora
I have no clue what this specimen is but snapped a few quick pictures...did not realize they were out of focus till we got home.

Looks like you're spot on with #1
I think #2 could be Russula brevipes, but that's mostly just a guess
#4 is another Russula sp.
looks like #6 could be right too
#7 is Monotropa uniflora

You should leave a few spaces between each one. I know you can suss it by looking at the top or the bottom one, but at some point someone will likely get confused as to whether the pictures refer to the text below them or the text above them.
Not being picky, just trying to help.
