As for sudams first act of poisioning water and killing millions, that is very unlikely with the defensive precautions the US has implemented internally and at its borders and airports.
All we need is for them to attempt something, but that wont happen so all this "other" evidence is fabricated.

Saddam killed Kurds back in the 80's (and maybe the 90's) I believe.
That's were he used the bacteorological (like the antharx sold by the USA)
and mainly chemical weapons.
Of course, when these events happened, USA didn't consider this as a threat.
Another thing that bothers me, during the Golf War, why didn't they changed Saddam Hussein if he had weapons of mass destruction ?
Very fishy.

I am assuming you are asking why we didn't remove (changed?) Saddam Hussein in the Gulf (Golf) War.
Bush Sr. bowed to political pressure and his fear that the results of the Battle of Rumaylah would be twist to seem like a massacre. Therefore, he wanted out of the war before public opinion turned against him. Simple as that.

Because this whole war is bullshit! They've used every excuse to justify an invasion, but that is exactly what it is!
We have to let him strike first or we are no better than he is. We are not defensless, all we need is for him to try.....

Nah, it was simply that a crippled and weak Saddam was more amenable than the fundamentalist muslims who would have taken over. That's why the americans encouraged the people to rebel and then turned their backs when Saddam abused the no-fly zone under their noses and slaughtered the shi'ites.

Ok wise guy, well how bout the more info that is given out the harder it is to get info. When the DEA goes undercover, they don't just make the bust once they find a some shit. They wait and gather more and more info and intel and figure it all out. You're trying to criticize shit you don't know anything about. Why can't you just sit back and watch what happens. You've made your hypothesis and I've made mine, all there is to do now is to wait and see what the outcome is.

If the US could lay there hands on any WMD right now they would. Then they'd have all the evidence they need. Instead of this rubbish the US and UK are putting out at the moment. If they invade then find them....Im sorry but that would be a little too convenient.

I already explained the US logic.
Bomb Iraq if the inspectors find weapons of mass destruction, hopefully, something more than aluminium pipes.
and, second scenario
Bomb Iraq if they don't find anything, because if they don't find anything, it means they are hiding the psycho-weapons-of-mass-destruction-destinated-to-destroy-usa-and-humanity-in-general-because-saddam-hussein-is-more-than-evil-and-because-iraqis-are-all-terrorists-so-they-must-be-punished-by-the-innocent-american-forces (the angels).
Recall how dangerous are the aluminum pipes. Also, this "logic" doesn't cause problems to americans, I wonder why. Maybe because they reason like that. Hasty conclusions, etc.

This war is a lot more justifiable than the fucking war that Clinton made. Clinton just went ahead, didn't go through this bullshit w/ UN(what a joke they are) and other countries. Furthermore, you didn't see all the Dems bitching and complaining about what Clinton was doing. What was he doing? Defending the terrorist muslims who were involved with terrorist activities against the serbs. And back in the US the ever so liberal media says "100 muslim civilians were killed today by the Serbs" The Serbs were defending themselves and tired of taking this terrorist bullshit then Clinton comes in and defends the fucking terrorists all so he could distract attention from the Monica scandal.

Well this whole time we had motives to discover these chem agents only to find empty shells and now Saddam brings this.
