If you mean can you substitute grain with fully colonized brf cakes? Yes for sure you can. Using brf cakes as spawn works well cause there are many many inoculation points

Sure, if you have access of horse manure go with that. If not, use coir. Works very well.

It's nice to see someone do 2,000 + first flush from a tub that size.
you've been busy since you got here.
Nice Job.

Here is good.
just me is taking a little break from the sport. I continue to cultivate some of his cultures. He'll be back.
Did you ever get any Burma from us? That animal would do big first flushes similar to your PE6 isolate.
love it when it all works out.
Nice seeing you kicking ass.

On one side of the tub the fruits pushed out the polyfill. On the other side they remained intact in both holes.

I was just about to build to 50 liter mono's. You might have scared me. How the fuck would i dry all those? I'm thinking i would have to use the oven on loooooow for just a bit here and there then silica kitty litter. No way i would have the room to air dry. Ha imagine taking all those prints.

Strange that I find this thread while it's current using the search function for PE6.. irony.
Loving the grow man, wouldn't expect anything less from you Stonesun :P
I took that PE6 that was sent to me by a very special someone and turned it into a 60cc syringe, and I have 10 quarts of WBS knocked up with it so far..
I'll be very pleased if my tubs do nearly this well
