I use a device that that I made that makes 1 syringe from a print. This way I get lots of spores per cc. More then is necessary but since when is that a bad thing? It just guarantees quicker colonization

If you have easy access to spore prints then its best to make fewer syringes with each print. More spores results in faster colonization. If you are ordering a spore print, then I wouldn't make more than 2 or 3. Once you grow your first batch, you can make your own spore prints from that.

The print will last about 8 years so only one good syringe should be all that's needed to propagate the strain via honey-water tek.
