Shop around. Salvia is legal, so it's just like buying anything else. You dont' need to be paranoid or have to know somebody who knows somebody.
I'd start with google shopping.

They got all their records seized and the owner is on trial for multiple felonies. Do you really want to get involved with that?

isnt it just not legal for minors in California? last time i checked that was the deal..just let some legal person buy it for you.salvia is expensive but not impossible to afford.
