Hiking TRIP, suggestion?
    #1276864 - 02/04/03 07:40 AM (13 years, 9 months ago)

Hi guys. In one month I will be hiking with a good friend to a really awesome natural area in a park about an hour away from our home. It is an area called Twin Arches. Huge rock formations, with insane water weathering, are everywhere. Water falls and dripping water falling from the high bluffs. There is even a giant lookout where you can climb some steps to the highest point, and just sit and look out over the endless valley and forrest.

My plan is to dose 2-3 grams of really good cubes that I grew, probly about 4 hours from sunset. I plan to watch the sunset with my friend while sitting on the high peak.

We're bringing an assortment of fruits (peaches, kiwis, apples, bannanas) along with a few blow pop suckers. Probably a sandwhich or two of some kind, and some chips to munch on. Lots of water.

Music...we're not bringing any. This trip is going to be about nature and what the earth can show us. Although I'm sure we'll be hearing the music of the shroom.

Anyway, any advice on neat things to do/bring? Any experience with this kind of trip? Thanks!

Sounds like you're pretty much sorted. Might want to take a warm change of clothes just in case it gets chilly. Other than that, I can't think of anything else you'd need! Have fun, and remember, you can't fly

It sounds to me like you and your friends are going to have trip to remember..I don't think there is anything like shrooming in nature!
Have fun,and be safe.

What a wonderful trip setting  !!

You'll proabably enjoy a backpack filled with some essentials.  Perhaps a CD player, definitely a drink or three (water, juice, wine), and something to snack on.  Have a great one!

I wouldn't take the suckers, you're probably better off with good ol' fruit. And a frisbee is a GREAT idea, especially one of the flat frisbee coaster kinds that just slowly float through the air. Man, I love tripping outside. I cant wait till sweet, sweet summer comes back around!!

I've heard suckers while tripping is a really good experience. But maybe I should stick to natural things for this natural trip.
