Hi all... I'm still not sure what happened, but I'm trying to figure that out right now.
Around 3:09am at 74.1 F my heater turned on. It didn't turn off. At 3:14am the temperature reached a maximum of 96.9 F, where my program decided it's thermal shutdown and switched everything off and exited.
From 3:14am to 11:35, the humidity dropped off and stabilized around 60 %RH.
I have 5 cakes inside. Would they be adversely affected by this period of time of low humidity? Four of my cakes are resting on a layer of saturated vermiculite.
Thanks
