You really are a good person. I try and do the same whenever I can, but often, I just dont have any cash. If I do I'll always give them some just because I can recognize how bad of a situation they are in and how my couple of dollars could contribute to changing that, whether it is a cup of hot coffee or a sandwich. I dont have a lot of money mostly because Im in college, and I hate it when people stereotype college students as being wealthy simply because they are in college. I personally believe that money is the ultimate evil in this world. It makes and breaks people everyday. People lose their lives to money either morally or mortaly. The best thing to do IMO is to take life and money lightly. It is not the most important thing (although it seems that way). Money keeps us from evolving and divides up the world into classes. The human race will never unite as one because of the influence money. People like all of you understand this and hopefully one day the human race may be saved from it's greed. This is why I love this site.

Thanks everyone, you guys are great also If we could just get more people to share the views that we here share, then imagine how great the world would be... WE wouldn't need anything like heaven then, because everyone would just help each other out, not be selfish, and it would be great Myabe someday I hope
I usually don't have too much money to give either, and I would have gave that man a lot more if I would have had more. I know it feels like maybe you aren't accomplishing anything on a worldwide change base, but you never know. Maybe someday kindness will catch on And even if not, you could change someone's life forever, even if it isn't the world to you, you changed the world for that person
You guys here kick ass. Lets all continue to try and give where we can, and maybe our dream could be reality

but I think I'll print out some lables with "GREED" on them and stick them around town. Maybe it will make others wonder and think as much as I did.
I think this answeres your question (to an extent). I think I'll start doing the same. Anything to get people to open their eyes and take a time-out for a few seconds.
I just got another speeding ticket today, but I'm not a dangerous driver (just fast and manuverable). It made me mad ($56 fine). It seems I pay more money for other shit than I really use to live off of. I'm good as conserving money and live off somewhere around $5-7 a day. I don't know what my point is really, just venting I guess.
The best things in life are free, but we have to spend 5 days out of 7 trying to make money to buy shit we don't need. What a waste.

Where do I begin... materialism is a sick disease in our society, the constant pursuit for 'things' to help fill a void that cannot be satisfied through material gain. I have had a lot of insights and revelations lately regarding money, which I will attempt to sum up in few words. I have had a subconscious aversion to money, as deep in that psyche of mine I regarded money as non-spiritual, and the constant pursuit of it to be unhealthy to the spirit. This led me into a rut of sorts in which I became deeply in debt and failing to meet some of my basic needs. After much deliberation and work with various beings, I realized this subconscious fear of money that I held, and how it was effecting me negatively. I came to the conclusion that money is a valuable tool when used with good intentions, and although it can be very "evil" and non-spritiual when focused on in excess, as of right now in modern society money is required to live. I have found that the key is to have a nice balance, the pursuit of money in order to meet your needs, but not obsessing over it and how much "stuff" you want. Money becomes evil only when you make it evil, used for the right reasons wealth can be a very spiritual thing, as we deserve to live a comfortable existance, but not a life of excess. Greed is prevalent in our society today, and many could stand to learn this lesson. However, this materialistic world many have built up around them will soon come crumbling down when the financial system crashes and money becomes just pieces of paper. What really matters is relationships, love, and community.

Welcome to the wild, wacky, Catch-22 world of CAPITALISM. I have contributed quite alot to the "system" and as is the way of our world will continue to do so.... There are NO quick fixes, we say we could move to another country where it does not x-ist or move to a deserted island, but eventually it will find you!!! I just recieved quite a substantial Tax return but can I say I actually earned it? It is money the government takes from my check to finance...thier bloated pay checks, the WAR, hookers, the WAR on DRUGS, thier nice cars, the war, nice houses, the war. Oh, by the way they also collect interest on this money. Then you get some of it back. Most of mine went to the Property Taxes on my house. Which pay for?? Roads, Schools ( pay checks for the indoctrinators, books, thier electric bills...etc..), city, county, ofice workers...round and round it goes... The Texas government says it will have a $9.9 BILLION deficit this year. What happens when I owe $100 for a late electric bill? They want to cut me OFF..What do they want to do? RAISE taxes, ADD a new STATE TAX..blah, blah, blah. Sorry I'm ranting but you get my ghist? Sorry all.... "IT IS BETTER TO WANT WHAT YOU HAVE THAN TO HAVE WHAT YOU WANT"

I agree, there is no way of escaping money. No matter where you go there will always be a form of it whether in the shape of paper bills, metallic coins, plastic cards, or bartering. People should recognize the difference between doing well in life and milking the system. Also I wish people would more easily recognize when their being milked and that they have an option.
Don't get me started on the US deficit! So I'm paying social security to pay for old people NOW; and you borrowed money from that system to probably do research on something called Star Wars; and so when I'm old, I might not get any of what I'm paying now back! I want a refund damn it!
