Hi there everyone recently I had my knee cap broke MCL sprained and ACL torn in an accident I incurred practicing martial arts.
When I was in the ER I had them prescribe my Tramadol albiet useless given I have a high opiate tolerance and am seizure prone. After taking about 150 to 200 mg dosages to kill the pain I started noticing involuntary twitching that I am scared were mini seizures or at least a sign. I ended up giving the medication to a family member under explicit instructions to not give anymore to me.
With that said my doctor I am pretty sure is aware of my medical history with drug addiction. However given the injury I have two choices suffer or get a legitimate pain killer. I no longer have access to marijuana or anything else I could use to treat pain.
A family member is going to be able to get me about 5 demorals but considering I most likely will need surgery and the pain even now is still a daily problem and I am bed ridden in crutches I need to start looking at a more long term solution.
As stated the hospital I go to has an unmatched records system and given I went to my primary care physician to have my liver tested for various drug abuse in the past I can only assume given the reaction from my Orthopedist that I will not be getting anything decent to kill the pain.
I am now for the first time entertaining the idea of going online for a Vicodin Percocet or although I don't want something that hard Oxycontin prescription.
My questions are how likely is it to be caught when ordering these things online without a prescription? I have also heard stories of counterfeit meds so how likely is it to get the real thing? Also if anyone could point me in the right direction are some of these illicit sites more reputable than others for obtaining real painkillers while reducing the risk of being caught?
Thanks everyone

legally i don't think there is much to worry about, they will just sieze them and send you a note unless you're talking HUGE amounts. you're mostly having to look for not getting scammed and here's my breakdown (based on OPINION and some experience)
poppy pods = your absolute best bet, but maybe more risky legally, best available pain relief for sure
xanax = easy to get but not really for pain, might help a bit
t3 (tylenol with codine) or other relatively weak codine = usually legit, not hard to get
hydrocodone containing stuff = almost always fake
weaker oxycodone containing stuff (percs) = almost always fake
oxycotin/morphine/demerol/fentanyl (anything good) = almost guaranteed fake and dangerous

Every single one of those is illegal to possess basically everywhere in the USA without a prescription.
From what I understand, the best way to ascertain these compounds without a prescription is to make a pen-pal in a country where they can be purchased, unwatched, without a prescription. Then either have them sent via courier, discreetly, or have them transported to somewhere they are legal to possess but require a prescription to purchase and then have them sent equally discreetly.
As to the legitimacy of online pharmacies...pass.

For every legit pharmacy out there which will send narcotics, there are 20 which will take your money and send nothing. Plus the fact that the legit ones always want a script and they check them. I suppose you might find someone who will sell you hard stuff under the table but surfing the net is not the way to find them. The only way to find them is word of mouth from people you know. Even then it's a crap shoot. If you are talking about schedule 3 or lower then you might be able to get it but not the hard stuff you want.
You could go into the bad part of town and ask around. But then you might get robbed or killed. Like i say, word of mouth is the only way and it seems you have no contacts. I have none so don't ask.

From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.” (attributed to Alexis de Tocqueville political philosopher Circa 1835) Trade list http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/18047755
