unless you spent a lot of money on the hygrometers, they aren't acurate over 85%. from the description, it sounds like it's about 100% humidity.

Really? Hmm, well thats not good then.. do you know the url where i can get one of those nice cigar hygrometers from?

Also, another very weird thing that may prove it maxed out.. The hygrometer has been stuck on 96% now for about 30 mins even after taking it out and putting it somewhere dry? The only way i made it go down was by puttin it outside. Its a brand new kenmore hygrometer and i hope its not broke, i just got it this afternoon.

Any other suggestions? Thank you.!

no idea, but I think you'll have to spend at least a couple hundred dollars for an accurate one. theres no real need for one anyways.

Well, isnt it bad to have the humidity be 100%? If i constantly run my humidifier is this bad? THank you.

oh also, since its a cold mist humidifier, is this bringing in good air exchange? Thank you much!

theres going to be air exchange, but it doesn't mean its clean air.

Well if i have like 2 60 gallon aquarium pumps pumpin in there, you think it will get good enough exchange?

Umm, 100% humidity should be just pure water. Unless it looks like a faucet, you should be fine.
