alright, I'm probobly using this for a clean room, which is going to be inside my grow room: http://www.justgreenhouses.com/greenhouses/hobby-greenhouses/gardmanwalkin6x6footgreenhouse.cfm
And I want to build another flowhood, I think the best place for filters is here:
http://www.5starfilter.com/showproduct.aspx?ProductID=515&SEName=hepa-9999-galvanized-steel-frame-6-width
so... I dont know what kind of frame to get, what does it mean when it says: "Specify frame type when ordering: DTF (double turned flange), single and double-header, box, groove seal, reverse groove seal, or C-style." and which should I choose?
but the 24 x 12 @475 cfm filter looks good would it work with a dayton 463 cfm blower?

You may want to reconsider putting your clean room in your grow room. If you do end up doing in that way I'd put the clean room on one end and try to vent the spore load out the opposite end. But I would try to keep the clean room as far away from the grow room as I could.
That is a pretty good price for filters. Wish they had them in 24x48".
As far as the frame to get, I don't think it really matters that much. Just as long as you can seal it off it will be fine. Maybe shoot them an email asking about the differences in the frames and if anyone would be better than the other for making the whole frame air tight.
Oh, and if you're still thinking about building a flow hood a 24"x12" is a really tight space to work on. You'll wish you'd gone for something a little bigger as soon as you try to inoculate a bag that's 18" tall.

Good luck,
Tao

I actually want to get a 24 x 18, but I can't locate a reasonably priced fan, and I can figure out how to calculate which one would work for one that filter size!
any suggestions?
