as clear i think spores doen t generate heat themselfs.mycellium does.so does it mean that i can set my incubation chamber presets to 30 degrees for pre mycellum time for just a little bit fast .

fugu.... my incubation chamber is always set at 84 degrees F. I am far too lazy to change it constantly. So yes, you can set your chamber to 84-86 F prior to germination. Hope that helps bro

84-86 degrees F is fine. The spores do not generate heat until germination.

now, your spore syringes should be stored in the fridge or in a cool dark place.
i made my incubations with agars sits in daylight maybe 4 months. and i use a little bit soap in my syringes at my last incubation. (agars are working fine and i dont know what the syringes cause)

as clear i think spores doen t generate heat themselfs.mycellium does.so does it mean that i can set my incubation chamber presets to 30 degrees for pre mycellum time for just a little bit fast .
he wants to know if the spores that come in a syringe or on a print are alive and if they produce heat, he thinks that if he heats up the spores hotter than 84-86f after innoc. it will make the spores "germinate" wich i dont think is the case, and no i dont think the spores can "germinate" untill they get to some appropriate nutrients

as clear i ask this because of the 27 C safety.in prior to germination 30 C or a little bit higher ,depends on the kind of Psilocybe cubensis(i think 32 or 33 just check it from faq)make it fast a little bit more.and also thanks for clearing because i remember that i incubated some of my jars from agar. as a result 27 C safety

Spores are not in suspended animation. They can die if not tended to, they are alvie. They do give heat, because they do live, because they do use energy. You would need extremely sophisticated and expensive machinery to record how much heat sproes give off however.

spores produce a very small amount of heat. mycellium produces a noticeable amount of heat. I believe that you are asking if it is ok to incubate your cultures or jars at 84-86 Farenheit prior to noticeable mycellium growth. If that is what you are asking, then the answer is yes.

practically zero. in reality, probably something like 1/100,000 of a degree over ambient temperature. not enough that you could ever have it reflect on a thermometer.
