I know that on the tops of the caps if fluff appears, then it means that you have low humidity. So it might mean the same thing when you get it in that place. That's my 2 cents.

actually, this is fairly commom, occurs in nature, and is caused by both, either too high or too low humidity, wide fluxuations in humidity can also trigger it.
really nothing to worry about but check your humidity anyway.
