I give a fuck.  That looks like the same pressure cooker as the old Soviet design.  It doesn't look like they've changed much, so it's good info.

...since its already bumped...Mrssandman (and anybody else that has one without a gauge) just make sure you know the pressure it produces.
I have come across some kitchen models that are 7.5psi, and like RR noted they are in metric in kpa. If it is rated lower than 15psi you have to adjust your times accordingly (at least for cooking) as far as sterilizing im sure adjustments will work for that too...but i dont have that info.

The magical thing that happens at 15PSI is that the
temperature inside of the vessel will reach roughly 252F. As you can see
from the chart below the pressure that you cook at directly correlates to
the temperature that is reached.

Pressure Inside
The Pressure Cooker Cooking Temperature
0 pounds (psi)            100ºC (212ºF)
5 pounds (psi)                 104ºC (220ºF)
10 pounds (psi)                 113ºC (235ºF)
15 pounds (psi)                 121ºC (250ºF)

If your cooker does not reach 15 PSI it would be a smart idea to ALWAYS
add an extra 20-30 minutes on to your cook time in order to ensure sterilization. Instead of 90 minutes, PC for 120 minutes.

A lot of European pressure cookers are are around 10-12 psi perhaps because of lower altitudes? They still work ok for sterilizing grain.
