I spawned some BRF cakes on poo and straw... It was growing very very fast and now it all of a sudden stopped I think it may be dry... can I add water?

You could mist it if it isn't in a jar, but if it's in a jar let it sit sometimes mycelial growth slows a bit, but if it doesn't pic up sooner or later you could inject sterile water, maybe 2mL

when u add ur casing it will help alot with drying out. I'd try a less dry heat of some sort. I like the top of my fridge just enough heat. However there is other ways 2 heat it. I like to use the heat that rises thru my floor also just feel around the floor near where heating vents r. Don't put it on the vent though just a warm spot n the floor. Note this works good for trailers and older homes. Newer homes with heat pumps usually won't work

i would seal it up in a plastic bag, in instead of covering with foil .that will keep moisture in better . dont try to compensate by useing too much water in your casing .(too easy to over do) looks like its doing pretty well to me .

You don't need heat in Miami, Florida. Even with the cool temps of late, the internal heat generated from a Bulk substrate run is sufficient to colonize.
I never use heat down here. For any stage of growth.
Case away.

naw, there would be enough air in it to last 2 or 3 days . you should be ready to start pinning by then .
