smaller fruit clone

Do fruits on smaller caseings contain
the genetics to grow larger if cloned
and added to a substantialy larger/deeper
casing? Im going to try any way just to
experiment with agar work.

yes. fruit size variations caused by casing technique or varying nutrient levels should not cause mutations to produce smaller fruit in subsequent generations.

I assume you meant substrate rather than casing. Substrate size has no bearing on a mushrooms genetics. A larger/deeper substrate will allow the mushroom to make the most of the genetics it already has. Generally speaking, larger substrate = larger fruitbodies (to a point).
