Input needed, a newbie's plea

Hello everyone, I'm a first time poster, first time grower. Could use someone with a little knowledge to review my practices. Ok, let me begin. Currently, I have a martha set-up with coolmist 24/7, ultrasonic 4x15min, 2x 60gal/hr adj air pumps, 2x 24" fluorescent lights, all on timers, located in a climate controlled room via ac and space heaters monitored by helix thermostat. As you can probably tell, I'm an all of nothing kind of guy. I inoculated purchased brf jars. I purchased penis envy, probably a poor choice as a virgin... received syringes labeled B+? I didn't care as I don't yet know the difference anyway. Incubated @ 85F, again helix thermostat regulated. Birthed, dunked, rolled(is there such thing as too thick a verm layer? some cakes appeared to be almost .200" thick in some areas) Introduced into my fc which at the time only consisted of the ultrasonic and an incandescent light. I originally placed them directly atop properly hydrated perlite, realizing my blunder approx 24hrs later I set them on foil. After approx 1 week the only growth I seen was fuzzy and white. Growing concerned, I did a bit more reading, learned how important color temp in lighting is, as it pertains to inducing pinning, as well as fae. I picked up the lights and added the 2 air pumps and noted a bit more vigorous fuzzy myco growth. I did more reading and came to the conclusion that a cool mist would be necessary for success. Hooked up a coolmist and added an ac to the room to drop the temps as the room was quickly becoming to hot with the summer temps climbing. I had the thermostats left over from my previous life as a herpetologist. Since then the cakes have absolutely exploded in growth. Seeing it for the first time, it really is remarkable, I don't think I've ever seen something grow so quickly. As of 5/27 it has been 1 week since addition of the coolmist and explosion of fruiting. I few things I have noticed are that there appears to be a white mycelial skin on some caps as well as some stems. It wipes off easily and smells strongly of fresh mushrooms so I am not too concerned with contams. I have not seen a color other then pure white since innoc. Wik, some of my caps have ruptures or split, as per RRs explanation, not cracked. No doubt by the extreme growth, by my standards atleast. Also wik, some fruits have begun to grow under the cake, lifting it, can I flip the cake over or is this never recommended? The little guys might knock the cake right over. Anyway, please take a look at my pics. The 1st and 2nd are examples of growth rate. Exactly 24hrs seperates pictures. The 3rd is just an example of the white growth. As you can see 1 cake is way ahead of the others but they are coming along. Any suggestions or info anyone can provide me with to help me diagnose and resolve the symptoms I'm experiencing would be great. And if you have any tips on how I can improve my conditions/set-up/technique please do tell. Thanks again guys and gals, I promise my next one won't be nearly this long lol.

Jeeze man, you need to restructure your post. Thats just brutal on the eyes.
Okay, now to actually try to read it...

HAHAHA! Nice!
I especially like the pin in your 2nd picture, that looks monstrous!
Some advice, I believe the white growth you are talking about on your stems and caps is from over-humidification, nothing to worry about really.
Think thats the only advice I can give ATM.

Heheh no worries man, just something to think about in the future. By the size of this text box you wouldnt figure it would come out looking like your post.
