First off, super props to Magash for his original PMP post. Kramer says that it really helped him out a lot.
The first thing to do is read this.
You will hear a lot about the pmp and the shotgun fruiting chambers in the cultivation forum. I cannot say that one is better than the other, if properly constructed both are excellent fruiting chambers.
While the pmp is more costly than the shotgun, it goes together fairly quick and will survive being left untended for days at a time a little better than the shotgun will. That is why it is Kramer's favorite, never know when you may have to get out of town for a couple of days...
So Kramer sent me a few pics the other day and ask me if I would post them and do a little walk through on the construction of his favorite fruiting chamber.
First thing, you are going to need the following supplies.
1. Plastic tub. Clear with a clear lid would be best, however just about any tub will work in a pinch. You really want to stay away from black or red tubs. Kramer says that opaque blue tubs seem to work almost as well as the clear ones do. He knows that sometimes a clear tub just isn't practical.
2.Perlite. Get the big bag if you can find one, chances are you are going to be wanting more, and the big bag is a way better deal than the little ones.

3.Aquarium pump(s). If you are going to go the pmp route, it does not pay to skimp. All seasoned growers are well aware that fresh air exchange(fae) is not only the number one pinning trigger, it is also essential to ward off contamination that will hinder your grow. Spend at least 20 bucks on a pump for a small tub and buy at least two of these for a bigger tub.
4. Air stones. Some folks like the bubble wands, but they tend to get clogged sometimes and they are usually a little more expensive than air stones. Get the longer ones, not the little balls.
5. Tubing for your air stones. Got to have some way to get the air from the pump to the stones and the tubing that is made just for this purpose seems to work very well.
6. Gorilla or duct tape. Any type of adhesive that will keep your stones on the bottom of your pod will work. Kramer has used both of these types of tape with much success.
7. Lighting. Kramer likes to use natural sunlight for his grow, he claims that this is best. If you do not have this option, some type of bulb in the 5500-7500 lighting spectrum will pay for itself many times over, so don't skimp on light unless it conflicts with your most basic needs. You can get by with sub-standard lighting, but this thread is not about being sub-standard.
Next you will need some basic tools:
1. Scissors. If you are using gorilla tape you are going to need some scissors to cut that stuff because it is a bitch to try to tear vertically, horizontally it rips quite nicely, but your going to want to use the scissors to cut your pieces before you rip them in half.
2. Pocket knife, drill, or any other type of tool that you can use to make a hole in the tub for your tubing.
Supplies and tools needed for this project:

This tub is the one used in Kramer's set up.

You may want to take your air stones/wands and place them in the pod in the position that you think that you may want them. Check it out, move them around, find the right spot...

Then tape them down making sure everything is clean and dry. That is why Kramer will recommend some brand new tubs for this project, if it is at all feasible to your budget.

Now take your pocket knife and whittle some holes, they might look a little bit like this:

Then slide the tube through the hole.

Hook it up to the bubble wands/stones that you taped in place(don't forget to hook the other end up to the air pump).

Then fill with 4-6 inches of perlite.

Fill with a couple of inches of water making sure that all of the perlite gets dampened and the bubble-wands/air-stones are submerged.
The cost of putting this particular pod together was just under $100, but eating your own homegrown mushrooms is priceless!
Next, fill with the substrate of your choice.
Enjoy!

Shotguns work very nice too!
