3 or 4 hits was all I smoked, and then I returned to everyone at the party. I was watching a few of my friends play bei root, when someone brought up the subject of crystal meth, and how terrible of a drug it is. I believe I have some anxiety, mix this with shrooms and weed, and soon enough all my good feelings turned in to bad ones..

Maybe it happened due to the bad thoughts and the forth flowing rise or decline in blood pressure?
I'm a daily pot smoker, but half a year ago me and a buddy where smoking out in a field when the conversation about how bad coke is started.
He told me how he overdosed and told me in detail how his heart was racing. From that point I also started to feel bad, I began to feel like I where way to stoned and got the usual OEV's(a raster or tiny dots). It just felt bad so I needed to take a walk to feel better.

So maybe it's a combination of all? :shrug:
