As usual, I'm not 100% on any of these. Just my best guesses after skimming over my books and internet sources. Corrections and/or confirmations appreciated. Ones in red I have no clue on
Full size images posted HERE

Gymnopus dryophilus (Collybia dryophila)

Gomphidius glutinosus

Clitocybe sclerotoidea.

Pluteus pouzarianus (corrected on MO due to habitat (conifer duff))

Laccaria laccata

Inocybe geophylla var. lilacina (Thanks AlanR)

Mushroom sp. I have this suspicion that it's going to be obvious, I just can't seem to get it to fit.

Hebeloma crustuliniforme

Mushroom sp. These were a dark brown in the field. Dried very quickly.

HOW MANY OF THESE SHOULD I EAT TO GET HIGH?!?!?1

Very nice pics, buddy. If they were taken naturally in the field they would be nomination worthy, that is for certain. Your ID attempt seems better than mine would have been! Good job.

Check the spore print color. Maybe Kuehneromyces.

Kuehneromyces - could be. The darker part of the cap in the above picture is actually spore print. Brown.
Inocybe geophylla var. lilacina - yeah, I'm liking that ID, thanks.

Yeah, it was a hectic morning. I forgot the camera and didn't want to waste hunting time by turning around
Tripod + macro + "M" mode = pretty decent pictures.

Oh, and am I the only one who reads "poison pie" and automatically thinks "woman using sex as a weapon" ? I guess I'm just miss-wired that way

I'm not so sure about that. What makes you think so?
Inocybe geophylla var. lilacina's cap usually splits when mature, its gills are brown with pale edges when mature and the stem isn't slightly hairy. I don't think it's a Cort though. Gills aren't the right color.

(Just going on the description from mushroom expert)
Says the gills can be pale lilac turning brown in age. I can see that in my pic... Lilac, but if you get in close on the big pictures you can see some browing patches. Hard to interpret if the edges are white.
on the other hand - the season is wrong.. But there's always the out of season ones

Thanks for posting that, SV. I can't tell by the bottle the one is stuck in. How big were these?

~2cm cap diameter. ~5cm tall.
Different topic: The folks over at MO suggested that the cestipose group might be Clitocybe sclerotoidea. A mushroom that grows on the remains of Helvella lacunosa. What a strange world we live in.

Well, it could be then. I doesn't look anything like the ones we find here. To me, this (also from the West) doesn't look like yours.
