First outside inside last, always. Duct tape sucks because it's time consuming to remove.

I use foil to sterilize, then transpore tape after I shoot.

Duct tape probably isn't PCable. Paper masking tape is.

foil lids are more then enough, I would not bother messing around with taping them, that would be messy and a pain in the ass

No it not, How do you think you can food, When I can fish I sure as hell don't have holes in the lid

Sealed jars in a pressure cooker is = canning food
