Looking for Insight Into Next Project

I would like to try growing a new species next, I've been reading up on things for a week or so now (which of course in this hobby means I might think I know a thing or two, but I, of course, do not) and the Pan Cyans and Pan Cambos look the most interesting to me. Sclerotia forming species are something I might try in the future, however I'd really like to give these Pan species a go. I'm currently fruiting my first bulk tub, and I've done plenty of cakes, but there's still a good chance I can fuck up
So that being said, I of course should choose the one that is easiest to grow. Also, manure is something I do not have access to. I might be able to get some dehydrated manure from a vendor but even then I cringe when I think about the tongue lashing I would receive because of that wonderful lingering odor of manure throughout the entire apartment. So here's the meat and potatoes of this post:
Which Panaeolus would be the best for me to grow considering my circumstances (assuming it's even possible with the given circumstances)?

First..pans are pans pretty much..they'll grow about the same. I like the pan cyans when I grew them..I got the austrailia strain from sporeworks..good stuff.

Unfortunately for you, they love manure
Fortunately for you, manure doesnt smell like much of anything but dirt. You could get some dried and pasteurize..if you get the plastic bags and dont do the pillowcase method..there is really very little of even the dirt smell.
Still not good enough for you? Well, I dont have the time or space to pasteurize so I order mine already done. High Mountain Compost (check the sponsors link) sells already to go compost, which is even better then manure. Its a fair price considering the trays above could be done with about 2 lbs of compost and 1 quart of spawn. They also have a sailing sale so its 2.25 a lb for now. 32.50 for 10 lbs shipped..will make you 6-10 trays depending how thick you like them and it works great for cubies too.

Is there a specific grain I should use to spawn to the compost? WBS? Rye berries?

Any work, even PF Tek cakes. (search pan cyans without a PC, a good thread for poo cakes)
Personally I use a mix of about 80% WBS, 20% rye.
