I grow mushrooms! Been doin it for about two years now, as well as i grow weed! Ive found a wonderful line of proudcts that i wish to use for my weed, but am scared it will destroy my mushrooms.
Its a (i believe, still waiting on reply) powder product that i use on the roots of my weed to help nutrient intake and root growth but it contains Trichoderma. What are you guys thoughts on how thats going to work?! Should i be worried that im going to basically be inviting the most evil thing ever into my house?!

Yes, you should be worried..
Dont use it, just adjust the pH of your water and nutrient solutions and you wont have a problem with nutrient uptake..

Or use the spent mushroom substrate in your soil mix, it will also help with nutrient uptake, mycelium digests soil and makes more nutrients available for the plants. I tried this with my pepper plants, and ones with mycelium mixed into the soil are doing much better!

i thought it took two years or something to properly compost the spent sub before you are supposed to use it.

Lame. And i dont adjust ph, and dont use soil - Aero. I dont have nute problems... but what would be bad about being able to do better? But thanks... i kinda figured it would be the obvious just wanted to double check. Im going to be moving away from cubes soon so i'd really be sad if i lost a crop of oysters or somethin...
