I'm stuck. 3 weeks and this is as far as my jars have colonized

Here are some pic.s of my jars. I am just over 3 weeks after inoculation. I've made some newbie mistakes, but hoping someone can help me save them (didn't compact the cakes after pastuerizing, no foil on the lids, didn't get the spawn onto the glass/outside of cake). The little half pint of pan. Cyans. Hawaii is almost fully colonized. Maybe I can save that one. The Penis Envy are the 3 jars with very little culture and streaky. Last week I put foil over the top of the jars. That seemed to help a little. I also moved them out of the kitchen cupboard and into a sterilized tub, which I put inside another dark tub. At the beginning of this week, I tried adding some heat with a heating pad (87 once, then periodically 82 for 1 hour 3 times a day). Not good. Today I resterilized the tub and turned the jars upside down. Pic. 1 is one side of the jars, pic 2 is the other. and the other pic is the condition it's stored in now. Did I totally gank my project? Any love on this project would be humbly appreciated.

do they have a kinda rotten funk to them? If your sterile technique wasn't so great they may have gotten contaminated during inoculation or something.

No, no funk. No smell at all that I can detect. The substrate is wholegrain Rye flour (100% natural) and vermiculite. 2 penis envy (dbl quart)jars and 3 Pans Cyans Hawaii (copelandia?) 1/2 pint jars didn't cultivate (no mycellium) out of the 16 jars (12) dbl quart and (4) 1/2 pint) I inoculated. Also, if by some miracle I do get full colonization, and can transplant a jar or 2, should I case them in Perlite because the cake is so loose (that is my plan)?
Have to leave them for 2 months and was going to ask a friend to look after them. My Grow setup is pretty much all set-up except for putting the purified water in the USH, and harvesting them after they flush.

As the rabbit called Roger says in his wonderful videos, the vast majority of substrate colonization issues are due to poor oxygen supply. Notice that the small jar (4 holes) has colonized pretty well completely whereas the larger ones (with a greater distance between the holes and the substrate) have not. I suspect the issue is 02. If I were you I'd sterilize some new lids with 1/4 inch holes stuffed with polyfill wrapped in tinfoil (I use aquarium filter fibre) and substitute them in a glovebox having wiped the jars with alcohol. You'll probably lose some to contamination but you might save the majority.

Ghetto, O2 is worth trying. The transplant thing I may not have time for (I have 2 days to do 4 days worth of stuff and then have to leave for all summer).
If anything will still be fruiting when I get back, I'll try for prints. Yeah, the trade sounds cool. If anything lives. If it does, I'll ask you to walk me through the print process to make sure I get you something you can use. Thanks for that.
Letsburn, to answer your question, couldn't find it anywhere near here. Didn't think I'd have time to order it. I'm a newb. The pharmacy was out of aderall. Wanted to serve as a Newb role model for how to totally Gank a perfectly good myco project. Take your pick!
