Assuming you were going for a shotgun FC, check the number of holes you drilled and spacing. Also check to make sure your hygrometer is properly calibrated. If it's digital, smash it with a hammer because it won't work properly at high humidity levels.

Did you calibrate your hygrometer ? wrap it in a wet towel for 1 hour then manually set it to 100%

Also make sure you have 4-5 inches of perlite and 1/4 inch holes spaced 2 inches apart on all six side of the tote

Looks like you need a lot more holes and a lot more perlite. Should be about 5 in of perlite and holes every 2 in on all 6 sides.

Also get it off of the ground... bout foot and a half two feet on a table or something. then make sure it isn't on a surface but at least and inch from it so air can get through and evaporate the perlite from the bottom

Mind if I ask why not? It adds another day but makes sure the cake is fully rehydrated, and increases the chances of pinning thanks to a microclimate created by the verm during the roll.

Skipping both of those steps is just sloppy. However, it's never too late to do both.

you need to rehydrate them tho.. your fruits are 90-95% water weight. they need that water bad. and the roll of verm will help keep a water barrier on there afterwards

Look up a tek and build a Shotgun Terrarium.
Put 4-5 inches of Perlite in terrarium.
Makes sure the cakes aren't directly on the Perlite.
Mist 3 or more times daily.
Fan 3 times PER HOUR.
Keep RH above 90% (invest in a good Hygrometer).
Always dunk and roll cakes (after birthing and between flushes).
ENJOY.

You should mist 3-4 times a day and fan right after fan 5-6 times a day.

No need to fan 3 times a hour and you only dunk in between flushes

Not to be rude, but these are experienced cultivators here. You're asking farmers how to grow crops, and you should listen. Ignore the noob video.
