Grow log parameter recording

Having a bit of a brainstorm about what parameters the ultimate grow notebook would record and thought I'd see what everyone else comes up with.
At the beginning: Location (though perhaps not on the public versions ), genetics (strain, multispore or isolate), materials inoculated, sterilization technique
Incubation: Visual observations, incubation temp, RH of incubation area
Fruiting: Visual observations, fruiting RH, fruiting chamber temp, air exchange, ambient temp
and of course the yield at the end.

Just keep track of everything. The more stuff you document then the fewer questions you'll have to answer later.

"Everything" is not a very helpful contribution.

Everything...as in everything.
anything that has some sort of number value associated with it i.e. weights, volumes, cc's, times, lengths, widths, heights, temps, humidity.
Also, materials used, substrates, genetics.
Also, every detail from beginning to end, no matter how mundane it may seem, document it.
The best grow logs are the ones that are the most detailed. More details means more understanding, more understanding means less questions, less questions means any noob, regardless of experience, can read your grow log and replicate it's results if they follow it exactly. I mean isn't the quest for knowledge and understanding what brings most people here and why most of us have never left?
