Spores and babies
    #12591983 - 05/19/10 12:52 PM (14 years, 7 months ago)

Are spores dangerous to infants, I am deciding whether to move because I now have kids and I was wondering if I need to stop my hobby.  Thank you

Im thinking it should be fine.. theres always spores and other airborne particles floating around a home anyways.

U can get a filter to clear the air in your home if you want to be extra careful.

besides that, you should keep your baby away from your grow area anyways, to prevent accidental consumption as babies often explore with there mouth.

I like the filter idea.
Should be no big deal, but any spores have a potential for allergies, etc.

i dont think the shroom spores will hurt babies, but molds and bacteria love the same conditions shrooms grow in.
as long as you are clean and dont open contaminated stuff in the house, you should be fine.
