Coir sitting for two days...still viable?
    #12588273 - 05/18/10 07:56 PM (14 years, 7 months ago)

So i pasteurized some coir/verm/coffee about two days ago and it has been sitting in the bucket. Can i still put it in the tub and mix my spawn with it or does it run a higher risk of contamination?

If your bucket has a lid it's probably ok. If it doesn't, then probably not.

Yeah it has a lid and hasn't been opened since it was put in there. Thanks for the replies. Good to know
