A picture would do a lot of help.
And this has never happened to me but I would advise you to leave it be.

Usually if they are pinning like they sound like they are, they are ready to be birthed, cut off any uncolonized areas and rinse them

yes they are pinning real heavily, could i leave these pins on the cake through the dunk and roll?this would be an awsome flush if so,and cutting the undone area off?is this safe?

yes pins can survive a dunk and roll, just cut off the uncolonized parts then rinse the cake and dunk and roll it

If its heavily pinning that means its in the fruiting stage and needs to be birthed

This just happened to me, and is actually in the process of happening again. The cake that pinned in that jar is funnily enough ahead of the cakes already in the fruiting chamber, and the pinning jar was only part of the way through it's consolidation week when I birthed it and dunked it. (I didn't do the dry verm roll for this one)

Another couple jars are starting to pin as well, I'll probably do the same for them. Though, I might wait a day or two and see how it looks then. For future reference, I tend to believe my early pinning is due to my inoculation holes being too big. On the next time around I might tape 2 of the 4 and see what happens.
