too wet substrate (rye flour+verm) now oven drying, advice?

hey there, i was making my substrate for some cakes, and I added too much water and ended up with a paste, now im trying to dry it in the oven, then it will go into the jars and to the pressure cookers, am i doing it right? or i will fail?

any advice?

Start over--sorry.  Water content is important so you'll be much better off just starting over and getting your mixture right.
