1/2-pint BRF jars with rad-ass myc. colonization?: What To Do

What to do with strong-ass innoc. that has overwrought its substrate (being PF-Tek/BRF)? Like unto ridiculousness?:
Full-white outer "layer" (fuck, it's not even a "layer": It has completely outgrown that upon which it feeds); and, therefore, looks to be not able to be "dunked and rolled."
(Obvious answer is, to: Crumble into a casing/substrate. OK: Got that. Am prepared. Etc. ...But should one hydrate this rad mycelium first for 24hrs, or just crumble directly into the prepared casing/substrate?)
Danke.

I don't understand this at all. Your cake is somehow "over-colonized"? Is it still in the jar?

Answer to this is probably 'yes'. As for the rest- pics.

Yes. 1/2-pint plastic jars: Prol'ly too much inoculant to each.
Look like they don't have the internal substrate composition for to be "dunked and rolled." It's a wild-growth madness.
All hallow the producer of the MS syringes from which those 1/2 jars were inoc'd. Amen. But...now, what do I do?

Not too much inoculant.
Full colonization is full colonization, and that's the goal. Your jar should be completely filled with pure-white mycelium (besides the dry verm layer, mostly) and it should be so for about a week. Anything less isn't really ready for birthing.
Don't do anything special with it; birth it and let it fruit!
[EDIT: dunk and roll, obviously]

Dunk and roll. And/or grab a bit of that tissue on agar or brf.

Yah, I wish I had "mah agar learn on"...but ah don't (yet; working on it, but it won't be soon enough for these cakes).
Will plan to dunk/roll 50%, toward shotgun cakes; and, for 50% of 'em, "crumble-to-coir/verm/gypsum" trays/minitubs.
Why not?
