Best deal on coir?

There used to be a 'best deals' thread kicking around here but I can't find it. Where are you all finding the best deal on coco coir? About the best I've found is a 3-pack for $6.99 I've seen a couple of bulk sites but their certificates aren't authenticated for web purchasing and I'm afraid to use a CC on a site that's not verified.
Anyway, does anyone have any good deals on online coir? It's too pricey in the pet stores. Spanks.

I can't source it locally except for the super high priced single bricks in the pet stores. I've scoured the area.

If you have any hydroponic shops near you, they usually have it for pretty cheap. The one by me is like 15 bucks for a 5kg brick.

For compressed, Petsmart/Petco have good prices for a 3-pack...something like 9 or 10 bucks. Good garden shops (Calloway's specifically if any are in your area) have the non compressed bags, something around 15 quarts for 8 bucks maybe. This stuff goes so far it's not even worth it to get online IMO.
Calloway's has verm for 5 bucks per 8-quart bag also by the way.

$6.99/3 ain't bad.
Most people get bulk coir from the same place they get gypsum, I'd guess. But I don't think Bubba Mart will have it. You know what your trouble is? You live where there's fertile soil.
What about poo?

Yeah, that's what I call my local farm supply store. lol Doc has been there. And has the shirt to prove it. Ha, ha.
Yeah Doc, I could drown in free horse poo. It's just that my pasteurization skills are lackluster at best so I like the ease of CCVG. I had once thought that I had it licked when I found an old slow roaster at a yard sale for $5. But it is old and the temperature range on it is pretty hard to control.

$5.99 for a three pack of these
Add a pint of gypsum to these sized coir bricks.
www.petco.com
Best deal I have found on coir to date. This coir is 5 kg. 8 times the amount of coir then the 3 packs for a low price of $9.99.

Just double up Damion50/50's coir tek for these bad boys. Add 2 pints of gypsum.

My local hydroponics shop has HUGE bags of 100% coco coir "croutons" already broken up into bite-size chunks. Bigger than a 40 pound bag of dog food. Didn't ask the price, though, I use horse manure.
